One word to describe that show: Disappointment. Utter disappointment. And there's only one person to blame for - me.


I had to read the book just before catching the movie. Memory's still too fresh from all the facts and there I go heading into the theatres with too much expectations.


What was I expecting?? The first book was only 200+ pages long and this is what? 700+. The book gets longer but the movie stays as short as ever.


Half of the book was conveniently snipped out and half of what's left in the movies was completely different from the book. A good number of characters, some pretty vital to the accuracy of the book, was happily excluded.


Overall, the movie just barely skimmed through he entire book, merely emphasizing on the main attraction of the book - The Triwizard Tournament. Facts like Rita Skeeter, the supposed love triangle are just a few examples of facts only portrayed in, probably, 20 frames while it took up a good percentage in the book.


Oh well, who's to blame the new director. Personally, I feel the book and the next are more connected than the rest of the series. Goblet of Fire ended with us knowing Lord Voldemort rising and the Order of Pheonix deals with the aftermath of it.


My guess why characters are left out is due to the short time span, there is just too many characters to fit them all into a movie and still have endings for them all. By the time all the characters are brought in, vital or not, we would be into 3-quarters of the movie and there's just no time to give them all endings. They would have to end the movie suckily and here you will get me going on and on about how bad is it, how characters are left hanging. So why not? Just scrap them.

One year and still going (strong?). I got the most gorgeous ring the budget can push. But it IS gorgeous that some of the more expensive ones don't even come close.


Sucky shit happens and your "great" friends ain't helping though it's none of their bloody business and they know chicken shit nuts.


They don't know my side of the story, they don't know the other you, they don't know reasons for what's happening, they don't even goddamn know what is really going on. Do they know who is the REAL victim and who is the dick here.


N.O. Nada. Nought. Zilch.


I don't wanna hafta do this for every other entry.
